* Renewal can only be made for membership cared with the above duration of validity when presented at the venue.
Please kindly acknowledge that no renewal can be made for memberships that have expired.
*Please note that you cannot renew your membership if you are not able to give us your membership number at the venue.
* Please choose "Pay at Convenience Store" in the e-mail asking confirmation for renewal once you receive it.
* There is no need for selecting "Pay at Convenience Store" if you complete your renewal process at the venue. However, if you could not complete the procedure at the venue, please either select "Pay at Convenience Store" and pay at a convenience store of your choice, or pay online with a credit card before your membership expires.
You will need your electronic membership card when renewing. Please have your electronic membership card ready.
* The booth opens at the same time as the opening hours of each venue and pre-sale.
* Opening hours for the booth may change without prior notice.
